Terms of Service

The client will provide all necessary information and requirements upfront, including visual references or any other material before work begins. It is recommended to compile all references into one large file, be it a PDF, Google Doc, Word file, or, preferably, a Google Drive folder.

Payment is made 50% before i start and 50% after i've finished via invoice on paypal.

I will star working on the commission after the payment is confirmed.

You decide if you want to receive updates on the process.

BY ANY MEANS, DO NOT RUSH ME! Deadline is 1 to 2 months after the sketch approval; The artist tries to finish them as soon as possible, and most are finished within a week or two.

Please do not TRACE, EDIT, RENDER, or REMOVE THE WATERMARKS on any of the artwork. (This includes the client!)

Only two general revisions are allowed during the sketch period without extra charge.

After the sketch phase i'll only do minor changes.

Revisions and changes can affect progress and the waiting time.

Clients cannot edit the final work unless specified in advance during the order or with the artist's approval.

Refund is only available if for some reason I can't finish the commission.

If you decide that you can wait for the delayed commission completion, the refund won't be made.

Other than that reason, once paid, I will not return the money.

As the artist of the commissioned piece:

I, the artist, have the absolute right to my artwork; this includes posting the work on my socials and adding it as a part of my portfolio. However, I will be posting a watermarked, low-quality version for safety purposes. I have the right to include my artwork in artbooks, editorial projects, and selling prints, (previously commissioned or not) unless I'm informed beforehand. There will be an added fee if the client does not want me to post the work on my social media.

As a commissioner you are allowed to: use the artwork for personal purposes, post it on social media (please, credit me), print it (for personal use only)

you are not allowed to: modify my artwork, claim it as yours, profit off my art by selling and producing products with the art on it unless bought with commercial use

If the client wishes to cancel the commission, but the draft has already been started, the artist has the right to use his pose for any purpose.

Merchandise Commercial Usage Taxes are 200% of the full price of the commission, and are suitable for work made into physical Merchandise, such as but not limited to: Dakimakura Pillow, keychains, mugs, posters, T-shirts, etc.
